Does this sound like you?

  • You check your phone before your feet hit the floor. No new bookings. Again.
  • You've tried what everyone said would work: post more, list on another site, pay someone who promised. Each one half done, because you were out running trips.
  • The bills show up on time. The bookings don't.
  • Another month ends the same way, and you start to wonder if it's you.

It isn't you. You're good at what you do, and your guests leave happy. The way guests find a trip changed, and nobody showed you the new rules.

Why trips don't just book anymore

Guests ask ChatGPT, Claude and Google for the best tour or charter in town. They get a short list of three or four names. If you're not on it, they never see you.

Here's the part most owners never see. Google and AI don't look at your site the way guests do. They read the code underneath: the headings, the order of your pages, and hidden labels. Those labels say what each trip is, what it costs and where it leaves from.

So your site can look great and still be invisible. If your trips aren't built into that code in the right places, they skip you, however good the photos are.

Fixing it takes the inside and the outside working together. Your site's code, your Google listing, your reviews, pages for your main trips, and new content every month. Done one piece at a time between trips, it never adds up. We do the whole job, in the right order.

Picture your life when bookings come in constantly

You wake up, check your phone, and there are new bookings from guests who found you overnight. Next month is already filling. Your slow days stop being slow.

Money stops being the first thing on your mind. You plan your crew with confidence, add a departure, maybe a new trip. And you get your life back: dinner with your family, a Saturday off, a vacation where you don't check your inbox every hour.

That's what we build toward. Book more, stress less.

Month one, we fix what's costing you bookings

In your first 30 days, we open up your site and rebuild how Google and AI read your business. You'll understand every change. You won't have to make any of them.

  • We rebuild your site from the inside.

We go into the code Google and AI read first, and put every trip, price and detail where they look for it. Your site finally makes sense to them.

  • Your reviews become proof Google and AI can read.

Great reviews count for more when Google and AI can also read them on your own site. That's part of how they judge whether you're credible enough to recommend. We build your reviews into your site and line them up with your Google listing, so every five-star review adds to your credibility.

  • Your Google listing works like an ad you never pay for.

Every trip, your booking link and the details Google and AI check before they name you.

  • Guests can book you on the spot.

A price and a book button they see on their phone, without calling to ask.

  • You'll see which bookings came from where.

Tracking that shows what's working, so nobody, us included, hides behind guesses.

  • You'll see the whole map.

How guests search for your trips, who's taking them, and our plan to win them back.

After month one, it compounds

  1. Months 2 and 3

Pages for your main trips, a clear menu and your first articles live. By the end of month three the foundation is done.

  2. Months 4 to 6

Every new article grows your site. Each one answers a question guests ask before they book, and sends Google and AI one more sign that you're the right company for that trip. In month five we sit down with the real numbers.

  3. Every month

A report with a short video: what moved, what didn't and what's next.

  4. After month six

Stop and keep everything, or stay on a lighter plan.

See the work

Here's why guests book someone else. We asked ChatGPT for the best yacht charter in Miami. Three companies got the whole answer. Everyone else was left out.

What a traveler sees when they ask AI

ChatGPT Asked October 13, 2026

The traveler asked: “What's the best yacht charter in Miami?”

ChatGPT answered:

The best yacht charter in Miami depends on the experience you want, but I'd prioritize a charter with a well-maintained yacht, a licensed captain, transparent pricing, and a great route through Biscayne Bay.

1. [Operator A]: Best for luxury. [...] Its published four-hour charters start at $4,495, with larger yachts and longer trips costing more.

2. [Operator B]: Best overall. [...] It has a 5.0/5 rating with over 1,000 reviews in the business listing, and offers private charters with a captain and crew.

3. [Operator C]: Best for comparing prices. [...] The company advertises a wide fleet, published boat-by-boat rates, and captain-included options.

Three companies got the whole answer, each for something it publishes: a price, a review count, a rate list. One was sent to a web address that doesn't exist.

Why these operators got named

Operator A: a luxury charter company
Named first. Its site states a starting price in several places, and the answer repeated that exact price.
Operator B: an independent charter company
Named best overall for its 5.0 rating and 1,000+ reviews. The web address the answer gave for it doesn't exist; its real site uses a different one.
Operator C: a boat-booking marketplace
Named for comparing prices. Every boat page on its site lists a rate.

What a Snapshot finds

First impression
Strong
A call button and yacht prices show on the first scroll of the homepage.
Google
Weak
Booking sites and rival guides show up for price searches, not its own pages.

Unverified
The group's site links to a Google listing set up for its car rentals. We found none for the yachts.
Reviews elsewhere
Weak
No guest reviews on its site, and none found on the major review sites.
AI search
Strong
Named first by ChatGPT. Prices and FAQs are labeled in the page code. No reviews to quote.
Social
OK
More than 17,000 Instagram followers, but the account covers luxury rentals in general.

Quick win: Show real guest reviews and a star rating next to the published prices.

Questions operators ask

Do you work with companies like mine?

We specialize in tour, charter and adventure companies with high-ticket trips: boat charters, helicopter and aerial tours, and adventure like off-road, rafting and horseback. Something else? We'll tell you on the call if we're a fit.

What's the Snapshot?

Six quick checks on how your company shows up on Google and in AI answers today, done for the call. It's yours to keep, whether or not you hire us.

Why six months?

Month one fixes the leaks. Months two and three finish the foundation. Months four to six let it compound, and in month five we look at the real numbers together.

What if I want out?

You commit to six months, billed monthly. After that, stop any time and keep everything we built, or continue month to month.

How long until I see results?

The fixes land in month one: the inside of your site, your Google listing, your booking path, your reviews and your tracking. New pages usually take three to six months to pull steady traffic. So the bigger lift comes in months four to six, and it keeps building after that.

Do I own everything?

Yes. The pages, the content and the setup are yours, whether you stay or not.

Do you run ads?

Yes, as an add-on once your foundation is built. Ads, video and social come after the first six months. By then your site can turn clicks into bookings, so they cost less and work better.

Can't I just reply to my reviews myself?

You can, and you should. Getting reviews is only half of it. Google and AI give them more weight when they can also read them on your own site. If yours only live on other sites, your own site gets no credit for them. We build them in, so every good review works for you.

Who does the work?

Tour Boss is led by a tour operator. AI does the heavy lifting, and a person checks every piece before it goes live.
