SEO and AI search for charter boat businesses: From hoping a booking comes through to knowing your calendar will be full.

Guests ask Google, ChatGPT and Claude for the best charter in town and get a short list. Booking marketplaces often take a spot on it. We work to put your boat there, with your price and your booking link. The fixes start in month one.

For established charter operators with high-ticket trips: private yachts, fishing, sunset and sailing charters, and boat tours.

Plans from $3,000/mo, 6-month program.

Does this sound like you?

  • You check your phone before you're out of bed. No new charters. Again.
  • Your boat sits at the dock on a perfect Tuesday while other boats head out.
  • The trips you do book come through a marketplace that keeps a cut. Your guest is one click from a cheaper boat.
  • You lose a few days to weather and have a slow month. The slip fees, fuel and insurance still show up on time.

It isn't you. Your boat is clean, your crew is good, and your guests leave happy. The way guests find a charter boat has changed, and nobody showed you the new rules.

Why does nobody find my website?

Guests ask ChatGPT, Claude and Google for the best boat charter in town. They get a short list of three or four names. On Google, booking marketplaces often hold the top spots, because they built their sites to be found. Then they charge you to be listed, take a commission, or both.

Your website has two sides. Guests see the photos, the prices and the book button. Google and AI read the code underneath. Think of it like a package: guests see the box, but Google and AI read the shipping label.

That label has to name each trip, its price, how many guests fit and where they board. It should also carry what past guests thought. If it's missing or in the wrong place, Google and AI can't recommend you, however good your photos are.

And the label is only one piece. Google and AI also check your page order, your trip pages, your reviews and your Google listing. It's dozens of small things working together.

Your website isn't wasted. We work on the site you already have, and the fixes are part of the monthly price.

Picture your season when charters come in constantly

You wake up to new bookings from guests who found you overnight, got every detail they needed without having to reach out, picked a date and booked. No back-and-forth, and no marketplace cut. Your Tuesdays fill. Your sunset trips sell out early.

You start to see repeat customers come back and book you direct, and they bring friends. You plan your crew weeks ahead and add departures when demand is there. And you get your life back: dinner with your family, a Saturday off on purpose, a vacation where you don't check your inbox every hour.

That's what we build toward. Book more, stress less.

Month one, we fix what's stopping guests from booking you

In your first 30 days, we open up your site and rebuild how Google and AI read your charter business. You'll understand every change. You won't have to make any of them.

  • We rebuild your site from the inside.

We go into the code Google and AI read first. We build in each charter on your current pages: the price, how many guests fit, where they board and how to book. Your boat finally makes sense to them.

  • Your reviews become proof Google and AI can read.

Great reviews count for more when Google and AI can also read them on your own site. We build your reviews into your site and line them up with your Google listing. Every five-star review then adds to your credibility.

  • Your Google listing backs up your site.

Google and AI check your Google listing against the code on your site before they trust either one. We make them match: every charter, your booking link and where guests board. When the two agree, you're easier to trust and easier to name.

  • Guests can book you on the spot.

Your homepage and main trip page show a price and a book button that work on a phone. Guests don't have to call to ask what it costs.

  • You'll see which bookings came from where.

Direct, marketplace, Google or AI. You see what's working, so nobody, us included, hides behind guesses.

  • We spy on your competitors.

We find out which boats and marketplaces are taking your guests. We see what brings them traffic and how guests search for charters in your market. Then we show you our plan to win those guests back.

After month one, it compounds

  1. Months 2 and 3

Pages for your main charters, such as sunset, fishing or private, with more as the data shows what guests want. Your key pages are rebuilt so Google and AI know exactly what you offer and can tell your trips apart. Your first articles go live.

  2. Months 4 to 6

Every new article grows your site. Each one answers a question guests ask before they book a boat charter. It sends Google and AI one more sign that your boat is the right one for that trip. We plan them around your busy season. In month five we sit down with the real numbers.

  3. Every month

A report with a short video: what moved, what didn't and what's next.

  4. After month six

Stop and keep everything, or continue month to month.

Here's why guests book someone else. We asked ChatGPT the question your guests ask: what's the best yacht charter in Miami?

What a traveler sees when they ask AI

ChatGPT Asked October 13, 2026

The traveler asked: “What's the best yacht charter in Miami?”

ChatGPT answered:

The best yacht charter in Miami depends on the experience you want, but I'd prioritize a charter with a well-maintained yacht, a licensed captain, transparent pricing, and a great route through Biscayne Bay.

1. [Operator A]: Best for luxury. [...] Its published four-hour charters start at $4,495, with larger yachts and longer trips costing more.

2. [Operator B]: Best overall. [...] It has a 5.0/5 rating with over 1,000 reviews in the business listing, and offers private charters with a captain and crew.

3. [Operator C]: Best for comparing prices. [...] The company advertises a wide fleet, published boat-by-boat rates, and captain-included options.

Three companies got the whole answer, each for something it publishes: a price, a review count, a rate list. One was sent to a web address that doesn't exist.

Why these operators got named

Operator A: a luxury charter company
Named first. Its site states a starting price in several places, and the answer repeated that exact price.
Operator B: an independent charter company
Named best overall for its 5.0 rating and 1,000+ reviews. The web address the answer gave for it doesn't exist; its real site uses a different one.
Operator C: a boat-booking marketplace
Named for comparing prices. Every boat page on its site lists a rate.

Questions charter owners ask

Who helps boat charter companies get more bookings from Google and AI?

Tour Boss is an SEO and AI search agency for tour, charter and adventure companies. In month one we fix what's stopping guests from booking your charters. That means how Google and AI read your site, your Google listing, your reviews and your booking path. Then we build pages for your main trips, 2, 3 or 4 to start by plan. Each shows its price, group size, boarding spot and booking link. We add new content every month so Google and AI keep naming you. It's a six-month program from $3,000 a month, and you own everything we build. It starts with a free 30-minute strategy call.

Do you work with charter companies like mine?

Yes, if you run private yacht, fishing, sunset or sailing charters or boat tours. Your trips should be high-ticket, and bookings flat for a year or more. Not sure? Ask on the call and we'll tell you straight.

Have you done this for other charter companies?

Not as a client yet, and we won't pretend otherwise. Tour Boss was founded by a tour operator with 26 years on the water. He built his own boat company's marketing while running the trips. Your Snapshot shows you our work on your own company before you spend anything.

What does it cost?

Plans start at $3,000 a month for a firm six-month program, billed monthly, with no setup fee. Ads, video and social are add-ons we take on after the six-month foundation. The first call is free.

Why six months?

Month one fixes what's stopping guests from booking you. Months two and three finish the foundation. Google usually takes three to six months to send real traffic to new pages. So the best time to start is four to six months before your busy season. In month five we look at the real numbers together.

Should I quit the marketplaces?

No. Keep any listing that brings you good guests. We work to bring more bookings straight to you. Then you can lean on the marketplaces less and keep more of each trip.

Can't I just reply to my reviews myself?

You can, and you should. Getting reviews is only half of it. Google and AI give them more weight when they can also read them on your own site. If yours only live on other sites, your own site gets no credit for them. We build them in, so every good review works for you.

Will I be pushed to buy on the call?

No. You get your Snapshot and clear options. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so.

Who owns the website and accounts?

You do. Your Google listing, website and accounts stay in your name. Everything we build is yours, whether you stay or not.

My website is old. Do I need a new one?

Usually not. We work on the site you have, and the fixes are in the monthly price. If your site can't carry them, we'll tell you on the call, before you pay anything. A brand-new site is a separate project, our Website Build.

Can you guarantee bookings?

No, and be wary of anyone who does. We promise the work, done properly and in the right order, and a report every month on what moved.

Do you work with brokers?

The program is built for operators who run their own boats and crew. If you're a broker, ask on the call and we'll tell you plainly if we're a fit.
